Eligibility

The drawing is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and present at the event or who have obtained a free entry as described below. Employees, officers, and directors of Collier Resource Center, Inc. and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter or win.

Drawing Date, Time, and Location

The drawing will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2026 at approximately 7:00 PM ET at Artis—Naples, 5833 Pelican Bay Boulevard, Naples, FL 34108.

Prizes and Source of Prizes

All prizes have been donated by local businesses and supporters of Collier Resource Center. No prizes have been purchased with drawing proceeds or organizational funds. A complete list of prizes and their approximate retail values will be available at the event and upon request.

How to Enter

Free Entry (No Purchase or Contribution Required)

Each eligible person may obtain one (1) free drawing entry by visiting the Collier Resource Center offices at 12655 Collier Boulevard, Naples, FL 34116, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, prior to 4:00 PM on the day of the event. Free entries must be submitted in person by completing an official entry form. Limit one (1) free entry per person.

Entry with Suggested Donation

At the event, eligible attendees may receive additional drawing entries in connection with a voluntary donation to Collier Resource Center. Suggested donation amounts will be posted at the event. A donation is not required to enter or to win. All donations support the mission and programs of Collier Resource Center, Inc.

Drawing Procedures

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winners need not be present to win but must claim their prize within 30 days of the drawing by contacting Collier Resource Center at the contact information below. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after the claim period.

General Rules

1. The organization conducting the drawing may limit the total number of entries distributed to each participant.
2. No entrant shall be disqualified, removed, or discriminated against based on whether or not they made a contribution.
3. All entries have an equal chance of being selected regardless of method of entry.
4. The selection of winners is conducted entirely by chance and is not predetermined, rigged, or influenced in any manner.
5. All prizes will be awarded as described. The drawing will not be cancelled or conditioned upon a minimum number of entries or contributions received.
6. By entering, participants agree to these Official Drawing Rules and the decisions of Collier Resource Center, Inc., which are final.
7. Winners may be required to sign a release and provide proof of eligibility prior to receiving their prize.
8. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes received.
